An Agency Support Administrator assists in the administration of all things related to our network of title agents throughout Virginia, including policy and premium remittance, maintaining agent information, and providing administrative support to agents.
Regular consistent attendance is required.
Ability to work a specified schedule; flexible work hours are available.
Must be personable, positive and a professional representative of the Company.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email and phone.
Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions is preferred but not required.
Accounting experience preferred but not required.
Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle large volumes of work with tight deadlines.
Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
Weight lifted on average – lifting batches of documents – 0-10 lbs.
