Local real estate settlement and title agency is seeking a Real Estate Settlement Agent/Closer.   The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid technical ability.  This position will be required to cross-train in all positions in the office:  title examiner, title insurance underwriter and settlement agent.  The position will be required to successfully pass the licensing exam for title underwriter and the settlement agent certification course.

Qualifications

• Prior legal, real estate, lending, or title insurance experience preferred
• Previous experience with real estate closings preferred.
• Good organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
