Signature Title & Settlement is seeking a full-time Title and Settlement Agent with Underwriting experience to join our team.
Signature Title & Settlement has been offering real estate settlement services since 2016 and works closely with local real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and investors. This individual should have:
- 2+ years real estate closing experience - 2+ years of title underwriting experience
- A can-do attitude that works well with a others. This position is team based and a positive attitude is a must! - Reliable, balanced and self-motivated - Strong organizational and communication skills - Full time position includes benefits! - 20 hours will be spent working in the office, processing closings and the other 20 hours will be remote underwriting work.
