We are looking for a Real Estate Settlement Agent, who would be responsible for the client’s entire real estate transaction, opening the file, gathering information and documents, communication with all parties to the transaction, conducting settlement according to the contract, title requirements and lender’s instructions.   PRE-CLOSING opening new files, gathering and entering data establishing communication with clients, lenders, and realtors, generating engagement letter reviewing contracts, title commitments and escrow instructions obtaining payoff information, Homeowners Association/Condo dues coordinating the satisfaction of title requirements, lender requirements and contract preparing and balancing settleme
